Key West Roasted Shrimp

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined or I like to leave the shells on the shrimp for the roasting.
  • 1 tablespoon Key West r.u.b.s
  • olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Place the shrimp on a sheet pan and sprinkle with the Key West r.u.b.. Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the shrimp.  Let set for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.  Roast in the oven for 5 to 6 minutes.
