Red Green Slaw


Serves 16

3/4 cup ketchup
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt                   
1/2 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the ketchup, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper,

2 1/2 pounds green cabbage, shredded

Add the cabbage and toss until well coated with the sauce. 

The slaw can be make a few hours in advance and kept covered in the refrigerator until ready to use.
