This recipe is one of my favorites. It's simple yet so tasty. Try it and let me know what you think.
4 chicken breasts
½ cup balsamic vinegar
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup s.a.l.t. sisters Herbes de Provence
Place the chicken breast in a zip lock bag. Pour in the vinegar and olive oil. Seal the bag and marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour at room temperature. Flip the bag over once during the marinating time.
When the chicken is done marinating take it out of the plastic bag and place it on a platter. Coat all sides with the Herbes de Provence
Grill until the internal temperature of the chicken is 165 degrees. Place the chicken on a clean platter and tent with foil for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with blue cheese and serve.
